CITI certificate completion prior to be becoming Dissertation Chair for a student

##### is just about ready to submit his IRB package in to the Chair of IRB at ############. Before his IRB can be approved I must have a copy of your CITI training to place in his package. As soon as you have completed the training, please forward a copy of your certificate issued at the end of the training to me so I can place the certificate in his IRB package. #### cannot move forward until this is completed.
