We understand that you were requesting a refund due to a medical condition. Unfortunately, we can only provide a medical waiver for a terminal disease.  Please be advised, as per the Terms and Conditions of the carriage, that exchange and refund are possible as per fare rules and within validity only.

 

By the way, right after this email, I received a mail card for estate planning even though we opted out of telemarketing letters for years. For that reason, usually, it will be addressed to another name.
