Tracking and modern day slavery

To the ICC, ICJ and UN:

  I had sent the below email to the Danish innovation unit, and I received this email the next morning. I was initially trying to send the same email from my business email address that uses a third-party hosting provider, and those emails returned to me, while the same emails went through from my Gmail accounts at least from my end, as those emails still have not bounced. Right after sending through the Gmail account, I got this email on seed funding from this Indian unit (attachment included).

In the same way, after sending the email on banks to EU unit in the confidential mode that also included ICC, ICJ and UN, I got an email from Chase Bank the following day with an offer, which is too much of a coincidence, though I never received a similar email until this point and was not looking for any such offer (screenshots included). These kind of instances take me to a scene in the movie, The Sound of Music. 


If this kind of tracking happens, more crooks will continue to run countries and companies, and the current powerful companies will become even more powerful in the coming years.

There are also several published news reports of our devices listening to us. This is why I wrote years ago in an article titled Blue Ocean, Red Ocean or Desert with one tall building that we are in the new age where Einsteins, Ramanujans might not come to light as their work could be stolen while they are working on it, and by the time these individuals could prove their side of the story, there will be a class action settlement fetching $250 instead of billions of dollars that they could have been really worth. Moreover, their efforts to seek proper legal remedies would also be overlooked and/or blocked. For example, an email to WIPO would be deleted even before going through the content, a patent application to the national office would be overlooked even after providing all supporting evidences, and trademarks would never see the light under the pretext of not getting a response when the responses would have been submitted both online and in person,  and followed up with supporting evidences.

Second example is when, as parents, we were talking to our child about hugs and how to get out of it, if not comfortable, we immediately got a YouTube video popping up on hugs. It could be a mere coincidence, but it certainly appeared weird. For that matter, with more than 100 in-house developed apps in our kitty, we have removed every unnecessary permission as possible, and still we see this kind of coincidences, and we are not the only one who have noticed it, as there are other published reports as well (screenshot of one example included).

Another example is that I had been trying to reach out to many talents for our organization over the years, and was getting limited responses or no response at all. With these kinds of tracking prevalent, and even emails blocked (as shared before) it would certainly have played a role in preventing getting good talents for our organization, and our organization has been in its existence for the tenth year now. Then, we tried to manage with whatever limited resources that we had, and even then, there were blocks on many fronts especially with the kind of tracking that is prevalent nowadays, which I can summarize, if you would like. 

Now, more and more organizations are filing similar complaints and lawsuits on these companies, and we had been sharing our concerns for years now, which led us to build our own self-reliant platform, but with repeated questionable tactics, we were sidetracked from our core focus on improving our products. This is what led us to seek a sizable compensation that we presented in one of our earlier emails to ICC, ICJ and UN. 

Please note that this does not pertain to one company, but to companies, political parties and groups/individuals with resources (an interconnected shady ecosystem), who could misuse such technologies on a daily basis. For example, a leading e-commerce company that offers cloud for the government, and has close ties with the government's primary mailing unit could block mails coming or going, track the nature of mails coming, and block innovation from competitive entities while also steal whatever limited talent pool that this entity tries to build either directly or through their political connections. They could also send an advertisement to take up an inappropriate job not in alignment with the individual's credentials in their company when there are all kinds of EEOC and discrimination rules, which are supposedly in place.

I can provide many more such instances, if interested. Also, I have stopped sharing in confidential mode as those with resources anyways would get this information right away or while this email is getting sent out.

Human brain is around 2% of body weight, but takes up more than 20% oxygen and around 25% glucose. Stealing ideas and an individual's work is like repeatedly taking away that person's oxygen away.
